Join Our Team as a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team of outstanding professionals. In this role, you will provide person-centered care focused on improving residents' independence, safety, and quality of life through meaningful daily activities and functional outcomes.

Your Impact

As an Occupational Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in our interdisciplinary team, evaluating physical conditions and their impact on daily occupations, well-being, and quality of life. You will develop individualized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques to maximize performance in activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). Your expertise will extend to assessing home and living environments, recommending modifications, and providing training on adaptive equipment to support independence and safety.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to monitor patient response to treatment, modify interventions as clinically appropriate, and provide clinical education to patients, family members, and caregivers. Your commitment to thorough and timely documentation ensures compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations, while your presence at required meetings designated by the Director of Rehab helps drive the continuous improvement of our care standards.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • verifiedActive and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license
  • verifiedIn good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards

Nice to Have

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care experience. Experience with Net Health Electronic Documentation System.
