About the Role

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will treat a diverse range of upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. You will collaborate closely with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure you have the necessary resources for success, delivering comprehensive and individualized treatment programs while maintaining strong relationships with facilities and clients.

Our team offers a nationally supported mentorship program for those pursuing CHT credentials, with opportunities for experienced therapists to serve as mentors. Beyond clinical care, you will have opportunities to observe in physician clinics, participate in research activities, and develop programs for special populations. Our hand therapy clinics are fully equipped to provide a wide array of treatment options, and our Outpatient Clinical Advancement Program supports your professional growth with bonus incentives.
