About the Role

We are excited to welcome motivated Occupational and Physical Therapists who are passionate about pursuing a career in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. This role is ideal for therapists who have developed a solid foundation in hand therapy during their clinical education and are eager to build on that experience with mentorship, advanced training, and hands-on practice.

Therapists will set clear expectations for patients' clinical progress while providing evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals with conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will execute a high standard of clinical excellence while maintaining 5-star customer service, understanding that a passion for your craft turns into real impact when you deliver on your promises.
