About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our continuum of care, assessing patients to develop and initiate comprehensive treatment plans. The role involves evaluating physical, cognitive, perceptual, and developmental skills to maximize client independence in occupational performance areas throughout the lifespan. Beyond direct patient care, this role includes documenting findings and progress for patients and caregivers, assisting leadership with program development, and providing training and guidance to students, interns, and other staff. You will also supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians to ensure individualized patient care standards are met.
