At Memorial Hermann, we pursue a common goal of delivering high-quality, efficient care while creating exceptional experiences for every member of our community. This commitment extends to our employees; we believe that when our team feels cared for, heard, and valued, they are inspired to create moments that exceed expectations. Our vision is to create healthier communities, now and for generations to come, by prioritizing safety, compassion, personalization, and efficiency in every interaction.
This position serves as a vital link in our continuum of care, assessing patients to develop and initiate comprehensive treatment plans. The role focuses on maximizing client independence in occupational performance areas across the lifespan through the evaluation of physical, cognitive, perceptual, and developmental skills. Beyond direct patient care, this role involves documenting findings and progress for patients and caregivers, while also supporting the broader team by assisting with program development and providing training to students, interns, and staff.
We are dedicated to creating compassionate and personalized experiences for every member of our community. Team members are expected to model our service standards by providing safe, caring, and efficient care to patients and colleagues alike. We actively promote individual professional growth, encouraging staff to serve as preceptors, mentors, and resources to less experienced team members while meeting requirements for continuing education and skills competency.
