About the Role
This position is designed for a professional dedicated to maximizing patient independence across the continuum of life. You will assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluations of physical, cognitive, perceptual, and developmental skills. Beyond direct patient care, you will document findings and progress for patients and caregivers, while assisting leadership with program development.
You will also serve as a mentor and resource to the team, providing training and guidance to students, interns, and other staff. As a clinical instructor, you may supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians, ensuring safe, compassionate, and personalized experiences for every patient. This role requires you to model our service standards by fostering individual professional growth and supporting department-based goals.
Schedule
This role operates Monday through Friday with a flexible start time of either 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM, ending at 4:30 PM or 5:30 PM respectively. Additionally, the position includes one weekend day per month.
