About the Role

Occupational Therapists at VNS Health play a vital role in helping New Yorkers get back on their feet and out of the hospital so they can heal in the environments they know best. You will join a 130-year legacy of care and help build our innovative Future of Care. In this role, you will practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team, delivering personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy programs to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or accident.

Your day will involve conducting comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and developing tailored courses of action, including treatment plans and outcomes. You will travel to patients' homes or care facilities to deliver therapy, constantly evaluating evolving needs and adjusting plans of care accordingly. By being part of the patient's day-to-day life, you can effectively assess progress and ensure the highest quality of recovery.

Hiring Process
