About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will play a vital role in assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments. You will work within the scope of practice defined by state laws, utilizing evidence-based techniques to develop and execute plans of care in coordination with the broader healthcare team. This role requires the ability to adapt to any home situation, ensuring equitable care regardless of the client's age, background, or financial condition.
