As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be the vital link between clinical expertise and patient independence. This role exists to assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home safety. You will work within the scope of state laws and evidence-based techniques to develop and execute plans of care that help patients thrive in their own environments.

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment. The process includes reviewing qualifications for current Occupational Therapy licensure and ensuring access to reliable transportation.
