About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable associate to join our growing Orange County office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with a wide range of employer clients, providing strategic advice and counsel on complex employment matters.
In this role, you will take ownership of cases from inception to completion. You will draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, attend mediations, engage in settlement negotiations, and assist with arbitrations and trials. Success in this position requires an attorney who does not wait to be told what to do, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and understands that strong results come from follow-through, accountability, and professionalism. You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys to move matters forward and contribute meaningfully to overall strategy.
