About the Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to handle a diverse portfolio of matters, including corporate business disputes, general civil litigation, and municipal representation. You will serve as a key advocate in Pennsylvania courts, appearing in Common Pleas and Magisterial District courts for preliminary hearings, motion practice, and bench trials. The role involves active participation in jury trials, from preparation through execution, as well as drafting pleadings, briefs, and dispositive motions while managing discovery and case deadlines.

Beyond the courtroom, you will engage in deep legal research to prepare memoranda on complex civil litigation issues and participate in settlement strategies and negotiations with opposing counsel. This role is designed for attorneys at any level, from junior associates to senior counsel, who are eager to grow within a supportive environment.
