This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys sophisticated litigation work, meaningful client interaction, and the ability to handle cases with a high degree of autonomy in a collegial, team-oriented environment. You will manage a diverse caseload of approximately 40 active matters at varying stages of litigation, handling matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
The role involves working on a variety of complex commercial disputes, including real estate litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, specific performance actions, partition actions, and contract disputes. You will collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on litigation strategy and case management while maintaining strong client relationships and providing practical legal guidance.
This is primarily an in-office position based in Queens Village, NY, with some flexibility available as needed. The firm values in-person collaboration and maintains a highly collegial, team-oriented atmosphere. Attorneys are given significant responsibility and direct client exposure while benefiting from a stable platform and long-term growth opportunities.
