About the Role

This opportunity in our Los Angeles office invites attorneys to join a dynamic team where they are given significant levels of responsibility, client interaction, and leadership roles. You will work on a wide variety of litigation and non-litigation matters, including pre-complaint investigations, strategy drafting, depositions, motions, administrative matters before state and federal agencies, and the day-to-day management of arbitration, trials, and mediations.

The role focuses on litigation involving single-plaintiff EEO, PAGA, and other class/collection actions. While experience in traditional labor is a plus, it is not required. We value a collaborative environment but also expect you to be prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities. An interest in business development is preferred but not required.
