About the Team
OhioHealth Marion General Hospital's Maternity Center stands as the largest maternity program in north central Ohio. The facility is designed to support physicians within a high-volume, well-resourced environment, staffed by a collaborative team of board-certified obstetricians, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and experienced nursing professionals. The unit recently underwent a comprehensive remodel, featuring all private rooms, advanced safety monitoring technology, secure badge access, upgraded labor and delivery suites, an expanded C-section operating room, and a Level II special care nursery.
In a strategic partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital, the program provides onsite neonatology support, enabling physicians to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care close to home. The culture is defined by a collegial, team-based approach that fosters ongoing professional training, development, and engagement opportunities, including volunteer medical mission trips.
