We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our collaborative team across a wide range of specialties, including Cath Lab, CVICU, SICU, MICU, ICU, Emergency Services, PCU, Med/Surg, Surgical Services, PEDs, NICU, Woman's Services, Telemetry, Transplant, Blood Cancer/Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Neurology, and Nephrology.
In this role, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care consistent with the scope and standards of practice for your specific department. Working in collaboration with medical providers and the multidisciplinary care team, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, modeling a commitment to our organization's vision and values to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Your day will involve performing procedures and monitoring as ordered, documenting care thoroughly, and teaching patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes. You will also manage evidence-based practices and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the exceptional care provided to our community.
