As a Nursing Manager, you will serve as a vital leader within our community-based settings, using your RN experience to improve the lives of individuals with complex conditions. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on providing meaningful support to co-workers while delivering exceptional nursing services. You will lead a team of nursing staff, overseeing their performance and providing the necessary training and support to address the diverse medical and psychiatric needs of the individuals we serve.
In this position, you will act as a bridge between clinical excellence and community integration. You will collaborate closely with the Medical Director, Intake Coordinators, and Clinical Teams to ensure seamless care coordination. From conducting medical assessments and developing service plans to managing high-risk conditions and private duty nursing services, your expert clinical judgment will guide daily operations. You will also serve as a liaison between state and community health agencies, identifying resources to expand our network and ensure comprehensive care for every individual.
