About the Role
As a Nursing Aid, you will be the heart of our care team, assisting residents with instrumental activities of daily living, medication administration, and treatments. Your role is defined by a commitment to encouraging self-care and independence while treating every resident with dignity and respect. You will escort residents both within the building and outside as needed, assist with meal service, and support the planning and execution of resident activities.

This includes SafelyYou AI video technology to detect and prevent falls, advanced EHR systems that automate care assessments to eliminate busy work, and Sage to improve call light response times. Additionally, Microsoft Power BI serves as a central hub for all data needs.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Prior knowledge and experience in nursing, senior living, or home health are highly valued.
