About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Staff Educator to join our team at Ghent Health and Rehabilitation. In this full-time capacity, you will serve as the cornerstone of our facility's educational framework, ensuring that our staff remains current, compliant, and compassionate in their care for residents.
Your mission is to plan, develop, and direct comprehensive educational and on-the-job training programs. You will lead the formulation of goals and objectives for in-service education, integrating commercial instruction materials and developing quality assurance programs to maintain the highest standards of care. From orchestrating orientation programs for new hires to scheduling refresher training for licensed professionals, you will ensure that every team member is equipped with the knowledge to uphold our facility's policies, resident rights, and safety protocols.
Beyond the curriculum, you will foster a culture of respect and integrity. You are expected to demonstrate a passion for caring in every interaction with co-workers, residents, families, and visitors. You may also be trained to perform Customer Care Liaison duties as needed, further supporting our commitment to holistic care.
