About the Role

This position serves as a vital coordinator within our healthcare team, delivering comprehensive patient care through a collaborative practice model. The role is designed to bridge clinical execution with organizational standards, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and their families.

In this capacity, you will lead patient teaching and discharge planning while orchestrating activities across ancillary departments. The position requires a professional who can maintain high departmental and hospital standards while reporting directly to the Nurse Manager. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, ensuring a clean and quiet environment, and upholding the organization's Vision, Mission, and Values through excellent customer service and adherence to federal, state, and TJC standards.

Application Instructions

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Registered Nurse license for the state of practice, along with a current BLS certification. While previous experience in general duty nursing is preferred, it is not required for consideration.
