Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform comprehensive and focused patient assessments and reassessments
- check_circleDevelop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- check_circleAdminister medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately
- check_circleMonitor patient status, interpret clinical data, and report changes in condition
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- check_circleProvide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and discharge care
- check_circlePromote patient safety through adherence to infection control and fall-prevention protocols
- check_circleCoordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and ancillary staff
- check_circleParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
- verifiedActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- verifiedBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) strongly preferred or obtained within specified timeframe
- verifiedSpecialty certification (e.g., CCRN, PCCN, Med-Surg, Oncology, or similar) a plus
- verifiedPrevious acute care or hospital-based experience preferred
Nice to Have
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Specialty certification (e.g., CCRN, PCCN, Med-Surg, Oncology, or similar). Previous acute care or hospital-based experience.
