About the Role
A collaborative, workers' compensation rehabilitation-focused pain management clinic in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its mission-driven, multidisciplinary team. The practice values teamwork, clinical excellence, and a personable approach to patient care.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of approximately 16–18 patients per day, conducting 1-hour consultations and 30-minute follow-ups. The schedule is flexible, with the clinic open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. You will split your time between in-person and telehealth visits (60% in-person, 40% telehealth), with all interactions conducted within the office setting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to serving the unique needs of workers' compensation patients.
