As a Surgical Technologist at NCSH, you will be an integral member of our operating room teams, working alongside surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses to assist in surgical operations. Your role is vital to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our procedures, from preparing the sterile field and maintaining medical equipment to assisting with patient positioning and specimen handling. You will work in clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated environments, demonstrating the ability to remain alert and focused during long procedures while adhering to strict state and federal regulations.
