Our not-for-profit network provides a full spectrum of care with leading-edge diagnostics, outpatient health centers, physician groups, outreach programs, and hospice and home care.

The Long-Term Care unit within the Child Center features 46 beds, serving a unique and diverse population of medically fragile individuals. This includes children with complex developmental and neurological conditions, as well as adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities. Some residents require long-term ventilator support and tracheostomy care, while all require assistance with activities of daily living. Our team is deeply committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a nurturing environment.

We are incredibly proud of the culture we've built. Our caregivers consistently go above and beyond to support each other and our residents with profound teamwork and respect. Our unit is known for its exceptional continuity of care, with many caregivers having long tenures and deep relationships with our residents and families. We also pride ourselves on our interdisciplinary approach, working closely with respiratory therapy, rehab, and social work to provide holistic care.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Providence Child Center, you will apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection. This is a per diem/on-call, day shift position (7am-7:30pm, including weekends). You will join a team that walks alongside you in your career, supporting you so you can support others.
