Banner Health, one of the country's premier non-profit healthcare organizations, is launching a new opportunity within the newly formed Banner Digestive Health Service Line. This service line represents a strategic partnership between Banner Medical Group and Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, designed to serve as a destination tertiary care provider for comprehensive, integrated digestive health.

Our mission is to develop the leading digestive health service line in the nation, delivering quality, connectivity, state-of-the-art clinical care, and research across the Banner Health Network. The team operates as a multidisciplinary unit comprising 12 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers, offering a full spectrum of services including ambulatory GI, hospitalist services, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), motility, complex foregut care, GI oncology, and bariatrics integration. The role also involves collaboration on clinical trials and teaching through an affiliation with the University of Arizona.

About the Role

As an Outpatient GI Motility Provider (Nurse Practitioner), you will join a dynamic practice focused on advancing patient care in the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix. You will work within an ambulatory GI service line that currently includes general GI physicians, APPs, GI hospitalists, and subspecialties such as interventional endoscopy, hepatology, and motility.

This is an outpatient-only position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM). The role includes a fully supported orientation period of 8 to 12 weeks to ensure a smooth transition. While experienced providers are preferred, new graduates with relevant RN experience are encouraged to apply. You will be part of a financially sound organization (Fitch rating of AA-) that is obsessed with the customer experience and values the voice of its providers.
