About the Role
Located in Kissimmee, Florida, the AAAHC-accredited Kissimmee Surgery Center is a top revenue-producing facility for Surgery Ventures powered by HCA Healthcare. As a bilingual facility performing over 400 procedures a month, we offer comprehensive services in endoscopy, gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, and urology.
As a Registered Endoscopy Nurse, you will contribute to our mission by utilizing the nursing process to plan, execute, and evaluate care for surgical and GI patients during the intra-operative period. Your day will involve coordinating and overseeing the room as the circulator, facilitating efficient transitions between procedures, and demonstrating deep knowledge of surgical and GI procedures to oversee instrument and equipment setup. You will ensure safe, effective nursing care from the start of the procedure until the patient is transferred to recovery, utilizing and updating preference cards as necessary.

Requirements
- verifiedNursing Diploma
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years of experience in an operating room setting
- verifiedRN license required or appropriate compact licensure
- verifiedValid BCLS Certification upon employment
- verifiedACLS as required by facility
- verifiedCNOR / SGNA certification preferred
Nice to Have
Experience in an ambulatory surgery center. CNOR or SGNA certification.
