A well-known regional hospital is excited to welcome a Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) Gastroenterologist to join a highly rated, physician-owned private practice. This team currently consists of two other physicians and several Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The practice offers a supportive environment with ample staff, including PAs and CRNPs, who cover the majority of clinical responsibilities.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced gastroenterologists looking to step immediately into a role with strong referral bases and immediate patient volume. It also serves as a terrific option for GI physicians finishing their fellowship who wish to receive mentorship from seasoned physicians. The practice recently opened a brand new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in April 2025, featuring state-of-the-art facilities for GI procedures.
This is a general GI opportunity, though the practice can accommodate physicians interested in ERCP and EUS. The clinical schedule offers significant flexibility, largely dependent on physician preference. While teaching internal and family medicine residents is available for those interested, it is not required.
The position includes a hospital ER call schedule of 1:4, which is designed to be non-burdensome, primarily consisting of telehealth and consult services. Physicians will have the opportunity to work in a setting that balances clinical excellence with a manageable workload.
