About the Role

Sutter Medical Group welcomes new graduate Nurse Practitioners to join our dynamic Family Medicine Residency Program for the 2027 Cohorts (April & July). This program offers a unique opportunity for new graduate clinicians to gain valuable clinical experience in a supportive environment. Selected candidates will be mentored and supported by an experienced team of clinicians, providing guidance and collaboration to help build confidence in clinical expertise through hands-on practice.

The role is designed to help you develop the skills needed to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while becoming well-versed in the principles and practice of Family Medicine. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to Family Medicine and high-quality care. Candidates with strong ties to the Sacramento and greater Sacramento communities are highly valued.
