About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our care team at our Horseshoe - Bossier City location. This role is central to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care as a Provider. You will work in close collaboration with care teams to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions, ranging from acute and chronic problems to injury and illness.
In this position, you will uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence while fostering meaningful patient relationships. You will be responsible for performing pre-employment and annual wellness physicals, providing health screenings, and leading disease prevention programs. Your day-to-day will involve creating and implementing treatment plans under supervising physician protocols, ordering and analyzing diagnostic tests, and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions. You will also serve as a patient advocate, providing education and health coaching to teammates.
The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and a self-starter who is energized by dynamic operations. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including senior stakeholders and client managers, to ensure seamless care delivery. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
