About the Role

This position is central to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care as a Provider. You will work in close collaboration with care teams to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of health conditions. As an integral part of the clinic's success, you will provide both direct and indirect patient care, evaluating and treating acute health problems using evidence-based protocols.

In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will create and implement appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician's guidance. The role offers a wide range of challenges and opportunities to significantly contribute to health and safety. You will be responsible for performing wellness physicals, managing chronic health issues, providing health screenings, and conducting age-appropriate assessments and interventions for teammates. Additionally, you will oversee respirator and auditory testing, order and analyze diagnostic tests, and ensure accurate and prompt entry of patient data into the EMR system.

The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and dedicated to fostering meaningful patient relationships. You will uphold high ethical standards, practice within the defined scope, and provide patient education, health coaching, and advocacy. Success in this role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members, including senior stakeholders and client managers.
