About the Role
Matrix Medical Network is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will perform in-home health assessments, support quality assurance initiatives, and contribute to population health management for insurance plans and government agencies. You will leverage your clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and coordinate care across settings.
