- check_circleEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for clinical services
- check_circleProvide training and advice to facility staff when required
- check_circleMonitor patient compliance and treatment response, modifying care plans as needed
- check_circleAssess patients' medical and mental health needs and develop proactive care plans
- check_circleCollaborate with RN case managers and facility partners to deliver integrated care
- check_circlePrescribe medications and order lab work, diagnostic procedures, and consultations
Requirements
- verifiedFNP, AGNP, AHACNP or PA license required
- verifiedDegree from an accredited APRN or PA program
- verified3 years' experience in clinical nursing or rehab in geriatric populations
- verifiedElectronic Health Records experience
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Microsoft applications
- verifiedMasters or better degree
- verifiedAPRN Advanced Practice RN license
