The Cedars is a nationally recognized, non-profit senior living community providing a full continuum of care across a 102-resident, three-neighborhood campus at our Hoffman Center. As a mission-driven organization, we are deeply committed to resident outcomes and fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member can thrive.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a 30-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation neighborhood. This role is designed for a strong clinical leader who values consistent staffing, a defined leadership scope, and the ability to focus on quality care and team development. You will operate within a stable, structured, and well-supported clinical environment, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care delivery.
Experienced Nurse Managers choose The Cedars for our commitment to operational stability and professional growth. Unlike many facilities, we offer a fully staffed CNA team with no reliance on agency staffing, allowing you to focus on leadership rather than constant recruitment. You will benefit from a clearly defined 30-bed leadership scope and strong clinical support from our VP of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing. Additionally, our in-house rehabilitation and care coordination teams ensure a collaborative approach to resident care.
This position is supported by an experienced clinical leadership team, including a VP of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and in-house rehabilitation and care coordination specialists. The focus is on maintaining a stable environment where Nurse Managers can lead effectively within a defined unit, prioritizing quality outcomes and staff development.
The Cedars is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering an inclusive workplace. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
