About the Role

Crittenton's Children Center is seeking a Nurse Manager to join their residential team. This role is designed for a leader ready to take the next step in their career and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. The Nurse Manager will model Saint Luke's core values, including professionalism, innovation, adaptability, independent judgment, and solid decision-making skills.

You will be accountable for the development, implementation, and evaluation of care provided on patient care units, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan and goals for Patient Centered Care. Working in collaboration with nursing leadership, you will identify areas for improvement regarding practice policies and processes. The role requires supporting optimal care that utilizes specialized knowledge and critical thinking based on psychological, social, physical, and biological sciences. You will drive employee engagement and retention while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to exceed customer expectations in a healing environment. Depending on the unit's size and structure, you may occasionally be counted in staffing and are expected to maintain all required clinical competencies.
