About the Role
Located at Mercy Hospital Springfield, this position serves as the leader for the Imaging Nursing department. The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing and directing the department, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources to meet productivity and financial goals. This role involves collaborating effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and caregivers throughout the Ministry to enhance communication, share data, and improve processes across the continuum of care.
As a leader, you will inspire a shared vision, demonstrating the value of change with enthusiasm. You will model professional standards and a positive attitude, engaging caregivers to become leaders of change themselves. By providing support, mentorship, and guidance, you will challenge current processes and enable others to promote innovation. Requirements
