About the Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Nurse Manager II to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology. In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations of the Operating Room to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You will inspire, mentor, and develop nursing teams and emerging leaders while driving performance through KPI tracking. Your day will involve ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and all regulatory standards, optimizing staffing and resource utilization, and managing departmental budgets. You will champion patient safety and continuous quality improvement programs, collaborating with physicians and cross-functional teams for seamless care delivery.
