About the Role

As a Nurse Manager, you will lead a high-performing nursing team within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. This role is designed for a clinically strong, forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will provide day-to-day clinical and operational leadership, ensuring that patient care remains safe, evidence-based, and aligned with our organization's standards of excellence.

In this position, you will champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives. Beyond clinical oversight, you will mentor and develop nurses and support staff, handling performance evaluations, coaching, and conflict resolution while supporting professional development through education and training.

You will also participate in budget planning, manage supplies and equipment, and help drive operational efficiency without compromising the quality of care.
