About the Role
As a Nurse Educator within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will serve as a vital bridge between clinical expertise and professional development. This role exists to ensure that our nursing staff and interprofessional teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver safe, high-quality care. You will use your passion for teaching to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that align with current standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
In this dynamic hospital setting, you will collaborate closely with nurse leaders, physicians, and team members to assess learning needs and develop evidence-based curricula. Your day will involve leading skills labs, facilitating simulation exercises, and mentoring staff in critical thinking and professional practice. Beyond the classroom, you will analyze quality and safety data to identify opportunities for improvement, translating best practices into everyday patient care. You will also serve as a key resource for clinical policy development, ensuring that educational activities support our strategic initiatives and accreditation standards.

Work Environment
