About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Travel MedSurg RN to join our dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide top-tier medical care in a challenging yet rewarding environment. As a MedSurg RN, you will handle diverse caseloads, hone your clinical skills, and have the opportunity to impact the lives of patients directly.
In this role, you will be part of a high-acuity setting where you provide direct nursing care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, while monitoring patient recovery and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Your work will involve maintaining accurate patient records, preparing status reports, and administering medication as prescribed. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families on prevention and post-hospital care.
