Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct nursing care in a diverse, high-acuity MedSurg setting
- check_circleAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the healthcare team
- check_circleMonitor patient recovery and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- check_circleMaintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on patients' status
- check_circleAdminister medication as prescribed by the attending physician
- check_circleEducate patients and their families on prevention and post-hospital care
Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or ability to obtain
- verifiedBLS certification
- verifiedACLS certification preferred
