As a Nurse Aide, you will be an integral part of the RCH Clinical Coordinator Staff in Rapid City, SD. Your primary mission is to assist the nursing staff in delivering excellent, effective, and safe patient care. You will be responsible for providing personal care, including bathing and hygiene, and participating in admission, dismissal, and transfer processes while maintaining accurate documentation.
A key aspect of this role involves serving as a constant observer or telesitter when applicable. In this capacity, you will monitor patients at the bedside or remotely via audio/visual technology to promote safety while strictly maintaining patient privacy and dignity. You will also encourage patients to participate in their own activities of daily living and contribute valuable input to the patient's care planning process as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
