The Workforce Center is a dedicated team of employees who provide flexible staffing support across multiple communities within the Arcadia family. This assignment-based position is designed for individuals who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in the lives of Hawaii's kupuna. As a member of the Workforce Center, you will nurture residents, clients, and members, ensuring the delivery of top-notch care under the supervision of designated departmental leadership and medical professionals.
You will be part of a collaborative team that enriches lives, working across different communities to support daily living activities, monitor health status, and provide compassionate companionship. Full training is provided to help you succeed in this dynamic role.
