The Workforce Center is a dedicated team of employees who provide flexible staffing support across multiple communities within the Arcadia family. This team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless coverage during vacations, extended leaves, and staffing shortages, allowing our communities to maintain high standards of care at all times.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide toileting assistance and peri care for incontinent residents
- check_circleTransport residents to activities and meals using ambulation assistance
- check_circleObserve and report changes in resident condition or behavior to licensed staff
- check_circleMonitor and supervise assigned residents, clients, and members
- check_circleParticipate in continuous quality improvement and quality assurance programs
- check_circleEnsure resident rights and privacy are protected and enforced
- check_circleParticipate in emergency drills and situations such as fire or hurricanes
- check_circleMaintain center facilities and equipment including changing bed linens and laundry
- check_circleTurn, reposition, and transfer residents using two-person assistance or lift machines
- check_circleAnswer call lights to determine residents' or clients' needs
- check_circleAssist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, eating, dressing, and grooming
- check_circleRecord vital signs, intake/output, mood, behaviors, and pain levels
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedMinimum 1 year experience as a Certified Nurse Aide
- verifiedCurrent State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide certificate
- verifiedCurrent First Aid and CPR certificate
- verifiedProficiency in computer software including Vision or Microsoft Office Suite
