About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our company's philosophies. This position is designed for an individual who provides direct resident care while offering operational assistance to the Wellness Director and supporting the broader care team. You will be responsible for the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of care services within the community, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents.

In this role, you will assist in supervising the medication program, managing activities in the medication room, and supporting residents with self-administration of their medications. You will also assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as needed, maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians, and report significant incidents or changes in resident needs to leadership. Additionally, you will contribute to resident assessments and service plans, assist in training assisted living staff, and participate in orientation for new hires.
