In this role, you will care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases across diverse settings, including medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and schools. You will collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care, taking vitals, performing assessments, documenting progress, and reporting changes to RN supervisors. Your duties will also include assisting in carrying out physician orders, administering medication, operating medical equipment, and maintaining a safe environment.
We offer flexible assignments that fit your needs, allowing you to choose the location and hours that work best for you, with no requirement for weekends or holidays. You cannot be mandated to stay past your shift. Our compensation includes weekly pay with instant or next-day options available, performance-based pay increases, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) where the company contributes shares to build extra retirement value at no cost to you.
