As a Registered Nurse on our interdisciplinary team, you will deliver quality nursing care to patients through direct interpersonal contact. Your mission is to provide care and services that allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, strictly in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
In this role, you will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition. A key part of your daily responsibilities involves providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), ensuring a cohesive and effective care environment.
