This Nurse Aide position is designed for those beginning their healthcare career, with no prior experience necessary. You will be a valued partner to the nursing staff, providing excellent, effective, and safe patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care, bathing, and hygiene, as well as participating in admission, dismissal, and transfer processes.
You will also play a critical role in patient safety by serving as a constant observer or telesitter when applicable. This involves monitoring patients at the bedside or remotely via audio/visual technology while maintaining their privacy and dignity. Through on-the-job training and continual support, you will build the knowledge and skills needed to provide best-in-class care and contribute valuable input to the patient's care planning process.
