About the Role
As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will be the compassionate hands-on support that residents rely on daily. This role exists to ensure that seniors receive the highest quality of care through assistance with activities of daily living, vital sign monitoring, and mobility support. You will partner closely with LVNs and RNs to execute individualized care plans, ensuring that every interaction reflects patience, dependability, and a commitment to the well-being of our community.
In this position, you will be an integral part of a collaborative care team, observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions promptly. Your day will involve maintaining resident comfort and privacy, assisting with mealtimes and hydration, and contributing to a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate is someone who not only performs clinical tasks with precision but also takes the time to build genuine relationships with residents and their families.
