North America Controller (NA Controller)

About the Role

We are a growing global software and technology company seeking a North America Controller to lead our regional financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting mergers and acquisitions integration, and driving strict compliance with US GAAP standards.

As the NA Controller, you will oversee revenue accounting, general ledger management, financial reporting, technical accounting, and purchase accounting initiatives. You will lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, manage close cycles, and direct global purchase accounting and purchase price allocation processes. Your work will involve coordinating the annual external audit, conducting net working capital settlement analyses, and collaborating with global cross-functional accounting teams to support the organization's growth.

Office Environment

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity located in our collaborative, fast-paced corporate office in Alpharetta, GA. The environment supports a global finance organization and requires the ability to operate independently while maintaining a structured, methodical approach.
