As a Nonprofit Development Associate, you will be the backbone of our fundraising and community engagement efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Development, this role is designed for a relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will support the full lifecycle of our development initiatives, from planning and executing fundraising campaigns to stewarding donor relationships and coordinating community events.
In this position, you will not only manage logistics and data but also help shape the narrative of our organization's growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every interaction with a donor or member feels personal, professional, and aligned with our mission. This is an opportunity to gain deep exposure to fundraising strategy and event management while contributing to a cause you care about.
Your work will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution. You might spend your morning analyzing donor data in our CRM to identify engagement trends, then shift to coordinating logistics for an upcoming signature fundraising event. Afternoons could involve drafting communications for campaign materials, conducting prospect research, or facilitating conversations with stakeholders to strengthen community participation. You will be the point of contact for maintaining accurate records, tracking pledges, and ensuring that our recognition initiatives resonate with our supporters.
