The Marketing & Events Manager (MEM) is a strategic partner to senior leadership, tasked with leading and executing marketing, communications, and fundraising initiatives. You will balance hands-on implementation with ownership of measurable outcomes. Your day will involve collaborating with program directors to align messaging with agency priorities, overseeing the production of compelling marketing materials, and managing the logistics of fundraising events. From coordinating social media content to analyzing campaign performance metrics, you will ensure brand consistency across all departments while driving donor engagement and revenue growth.
